I was able to complete the above using your guidance from the website.
I have owned an earlier version for 4 yrs . I only use it for “merging” or joining 2 or more maps together. I have receive plenty of help in the past and I greatly appreciate it. I have never learned more than the very basics. I only use about 25% of the features. I would like to learn more but I learn slow and have only little time.
As I say my work is merging segments of a large map into a single map. I have great difficult getting a quality result.
I have to cut the edges of the single maps to get a fit of the 2 together. Sometimes I merge maps side-by-side, and some times I merge bottom-to-top , etc.
3.) I believe I first found ATE by a Google search 4 yrs ago.
I have found the ATE Tech support to by World Class. They have be patient with my slow-learning, and repeated questions.
I want to merge maps so the edges are very smooth and perfect FITS , I want to be about to control the _resolution_ or file type of the finished resulting MAP . I can send you a sample of the maps I use, if it will help.
