Can you please let me know if I can convert a .pdf file to a .tiff, and if so how?

Program allows you to convert PDF files to TIFF files.
1)
You need to install GhostScript plug-in.
This needs to be done only once.
Settings | User settings | Plug-ins tab

File | Open | your PDF file
File | Save as | TIFF file
