If there is an additional option/way to insert text in pdf for example.
In this case you can use the Annotations mode.
Mode | Annotations
Annotations | Object | Text
or
Annotations | Object | Memo (multi-line text)
or use the Text or Memo buttons on toolbar.
After inserting you can edit, move and resize your text.
After finishing click “Combine annotations with background” button.
